Mr. Cho, the co-managing partner for CKB VIENNA LLP, is a trial lawyer who has spent the majority of his professional career litigating complex business disputes, probate, trust litigation and domestic relations litigation on behalf of companies and high wealth individuals in state and federal courts throughout the country. With years of trial experience, Mr. Cho has tried numerous cases to decision in state courts and before arbitration panels. While many of Mr. Cho's notable engagements involve trial work, he is frequently called upon to provide counseling to clients seeking to avoid litigation. In that regard, Mr. Cho often works with in-house counsel and other executives to devise strategies for litigation avoidance. Over the course of his career, Mr. Cho's trial experience has proved helpful in assisting clients in understanding the risks associated with litigation and evaluating other options for solving challenging problems.
