Mr. Kim, the co-managing partner for CKB VIENNA LLP, focuses his practice on business/commercial transactional and complex litigation matters. Mr. Kim has represented numerous fortune 500 companies and insurers as well as small to mid-size businesses and high wealth individuals from negotiating multi-million dollar distribution deals to defending national mortgage lenders and loan servicers from administrative claims, employment litigation, and business disputes. Mr. Kim also provide general counsel services to numerous regional and national companies and provides guidance on corporate governance, labor & employment, regulatory, real estate and business development.
